We have accumulated extensive hands-on experience in developing, prototyping, and mass-producing various hat styles, including baseball caps, fisherman hats, knitted hats, and open-top caps.
We offer one-stop OEM and ODM services, supporting both made-to-order processing based on customer-provided designs or physical samples, as well as independent full-service customization—from design and fabric selection to printing, embroidery, and hardware coordination—tailored to brand positioning and market demands. From sample confirmation to bulk production, we maintain strict control over quality and delivery timelines, meeting the diverse customization needs of international trade brands, offline retail chains, promotional gifts, and streetwear accessories.

We possess mature and complete integrated production support capabilities. The factory is equipped with 5 standardized hat production lines, and the entire factory has introduced over 200 sets of imported intelligent production equipment, including high-speed computer embroidery machines, fully automatic hydraulic cutting machines, CNC sewing equipment, and a complete set of automated machinery.
Multiple production lines can be synchronized for production scheduling. Flexible production can accommodate both small and large orders: small batch trial orders, e-commerce quick response orders, and brand full-case large orders can all be implemented simultaneously.
The monthly stable production capacity can reach 200,000 pieces, and the annual production of various hats exceeds 2 million pieces. During peak seasons, production lines can be flexibly expanded to significantly shorten the delivery cycle. For regular styles, confirmation samples can be produced within 3-7 days, and regular bulk orders can be delivered within 20 days. Even for ten-thousand-level large orders, they can also be delivered on schedule and stably, with controllable delivery periods and no delays in orders.
A total of 6 standardized quality inspection procedures were set up throughout the process. From fabric warehousing, cutting and sewing, to process processing and final packaging, each stage was inspected. The defective rate was strictly controlled within 0.3%. The products meet the quality standards for foreign trade exports. They support various factory inspections such as BSCI and ISO, and are suitable for long-term cooperation with various customers including cross-border brands, offline supermarkets, corporate gifts, and trendy accessory brands.
